Las Islitas Partners, LP, a Nevada  limited partnership, its principal David M. Semas, and its limited partners (collectively, “LASIP”) own TWENTY SIX PERCENT (26%) of DESTINAY S.A. de C.V., a Mexican corporation whose principal is Marc Eduardo Harris of Brea, Orange County, California.

 

DAVID M. SEMAS IS NOT NOW, NOR HAS HE EVER BEEN A PRINCIPAL MANAGING PARTNER OF LAS ISLITAS ISLAND PARTNERS as falsely represented on the www.lasIslitas.com website of Mr. Harris. Any statement to the contrary is untrue and a fraudulent representation of material facts. Other than LASIP’s 26% ownership in DESTINAY’S land holdings of approximately 600 acres of property in San Blas, Nayarit, Mexico effective July 1, 2022, Mr. Semas is no longer involved with Mr. Harris or in the proposed Las Islitas Resort project of San Blas, Mexico.
