The Las Islitas Resort will be designed with a preservation of history and culture in mind, incorporating "mission style" architecture amidst a romantic tropical rainforest setting. Residential ocean/water front estate lots, golf frontage and ocean view lots, and villa and condominium ownership will soon be available. Fee ownership with title insurance is offered. All estate lots will be fully improved with water, sewer, solar and electricity, gas, telephone, satellite and high-speed internet. Five luxury hotels, an upscale retail village promenade, small craft marina and an 18-hole championship golf course will complement the 700-homesite exclusive private security guarded and protected residential community.
VILLA/CONDO
Las Islitas will be a welcome addition to the exclusive destination resorts on the Riviera Nayarit. The Five Star Mission-Style Spanish motif resort will also be carried throughout the three story and four story condominiums and the single story and two story villas. Units will have breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean or Matanchen Bay, or the 18-hole championship golf course, tropical fruit plantation or the majestic Sierra Madre mountain range. Consistent with low profile Mission-style village architecture, Las Islitas units will range from two to four bedroom condos of 1,800 - 2,400 SF to as large as villas and bungalows from 2,400 - 3,600 SF. RETAIL/COMMERCIAL
An upscale Mexican themed shopping village and small craft marina has been planned to serve all of the local residents of Las Islitas, hotel guests and surrounding communities. With the newly completed Tepic to San Blas toll road, together with cruise ship and water taxi passengers and tourists from around world, sight-seers will enjoy the shopping, outdoor activities and cultural sites abound. The 1,500 weekly visitors to the La Tovara National Park and the 20,000 Birders that each year attend the internationally renowned San Blas Bird Festival will flock to shop and support retail vendors. Restaurants, fashion boutiques, gifts shops, real estate offices and other services available at the quaint Las Islitas riverwalk shopping promenade will add to the colorful Las Islitas living experience.
